Terms and Conditions


Staff members are paid on a portal-to-portal basis; they are paid from the time they clock into our place Of business to the time, they clock out of our place of business. Gratuity is charged & paid to each staff member & calculated at 15%. Each staff member is paid directly by client.

  • Servers - $18.00 per hour / 6 hour minimum
  • Lead Servers - $20.00 per hour / 6 hour minimum
  • Chef - $25.00 per hour / 4 hour minimum
  • Lead Coordinator - $30.00 per hour / 4 minimum
  • Bartender - $25.00 per hour / 6 hour minimum
  • Bar Back - $18.00 per hour / 6 hour minimum


  • When you choose Paramount Catering to cater your next event, we include the following services for you at no additional charge or for a minimal charge:

    Cake cutting service
    (We will cut the cake for you)
    Coordination
    A One-hour consultation with our event coordinator and chef.
    Event coordination with all vendors.
    Rental coordination for china, stemware, silverware, linens, additional skirting, tables and chairs or any additional rental arrangements that will you may desire.
    Presentation
    Your event menu is presented upon our finest platters or in our silver bowls beautifully arranged & garnished with fresh herbs, flowers & fruits.
    All service pieces, platters, serving utensils, silver stands & staging of your buffet will inclusive of proposal.


    Price Guarantees

    Menu prices may vary from event to event, depending upon seasonal costs and event sizes. Prices are only guaranteed at contract confirmation for the initial number of guests quoted. Prices are subject to change if the guest counts decreases.

    Guest Count
    We ask for a confirmed number of guests 7 days in advance.
    Payment Policy
    A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold and confirm your wedding date and applied to the balance of your contract.

    Fifty percent of the projective total balance will be due within 21 days of your event date. The remaining balance, including all gratuities, staffing fees & rentals will be due 7 days before your event date.

    Washington State sales tax is additional and will be applied to the balance.
    Gratuity charges are additional & are calculated at 18% of the total food cost.

    Staffing, rentals & any other additional fees will be separately billed & due 7 days before your event.

    Credit Card Acceptance
    There will be a 3% handling charge for payment received by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
    Contract
    The contract must be signed & deposit paid with in 24 hours of mutual acceptance, other wise contract & any verbal commitments are null & void. There are no exceptions during our busy catering season.
    Cancellation Policy
    There will be a 50% cancellation charge if the event is cancelled 30 days or less before the event for any reason due to client, there will be a 100% cancellation charge for events that are cancelled with in 14 days of the event.
    Delivery / Pick-up
    Delivery fees are based on location of event and traveling distance from our kitchen site.
    Venue / Facility Surcharge
    Surcharges will be passed on to the client & are typically based upon a percentage of the food & beverage sales.
